I’m a multifaceted human and creative, an ex-evangelical, a mother, a wife. I’m a trauma therapist by day, and most of my work is centered around helping humans reclaim wholeness in the wake of complex trauma.
I believe that recovering from trauma is more than just processing through painful things- it can also be gentle, slow, playful, and deeply meaningful.
I believe that we can all find our way back to our Selves, and we can rebuild our identity on a foundation of consciously chosen core values.
I believe that the healing work we do in our personal lives can and should ripple outwards into our communities, helping us move towards collective healing and liberation.
I believe in leaning on tiny joys, whimsy, the cycles of nature, and messy community to support us through each day.
If you’re new here- hi, I’m Rose
